Take a look the Boudin, Bourbon & Beer menu

The Emeril Lagasse Foundtation’s Boudin, Bourbon & Beer is set for Friday at 6 p.m. in Champion’s Square.

The event which supports the foundation’s mission to “inspire, mentor & enable youth to reach their fullest potential through culinary, nutrition and arts education” will feature All you can eat food from over 70 chefs from around the country, open bars, live music and several other activities. Several of New Orleans’ top chefs will also prepare dishes. 

Wilfredo Avelar and Bergen Carman of Meril, Douglas Braselman of Emeril's New Orleans, Phillip Buccieri of NOLA and Frank Brigsten of Brigsten's among several others.

This year’s event is headlined by Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Grace Potter and also features performances from Fruition and Motel Radio.

The event is open to patrons 21 and up and you can buy tickets at the official Boudin, Bourbon, and Beer website.
